How to open "right-click menu" on right hand side in windows 8/8.1?

Preface :

Used to Windows 7 or Windows Xp for "right click menus" appearing on right hand side?
Want to get the same effect in Windows 8/8.1 and above?
We have a solution for your problem!

Solution :
Open Conrol Panel
Open "Tablet PC Settings"
{
      If you don't find it there, run this in run window (Win key + R)
      explorer shell:::{80F3F1D5-FECA-45F3-BC32-752C152E456E
}

In General Tab, In Handedness,
Tick On "Left-handed" (Even if you are a right handed one ;-) )
Click Apply, And see the magic!
