[Fix]explorer.exe deleted!

Desktop not appearing?
Start menu and taskbar not appearing?
Here's what I've tried and works succesfully :

Story :
>Tried to install start button changer
>Quick heal thought that it was a malware and deleted my system's explorer.exe

What I tried :
>Tried to log in in Safe Mode, Desktop Still Not appearing
>Tried running cmd from Task Manager[Ctrl+Alt+Del]
>Run various applications through Task Manager
>But "Windows did not find explorer.exe"
>Opened msconfig[Through Run]
>tried to restore system using rstui.exe, But no Restore Points were created before
>Hence No restoration !
>Opened chrome, asked Google
>Found out about sfc scannow
>Problem Solved!

Difficulty of problem solving : a little bit difficult if you are a novice

Final Solution :
>1.Press Ctrl+Alt+Del
>2.Start task manager, >Processes > Show All processes from all users
>3.File>New Task(Run)
>4.type "cmd" without quotes, tick create this task with administrative privileges>hit enter
>5.type "sfc /scannow" without quotes
>6.wait till 100% complete
>7.through Task manager>Run exlporer.exe
>8.Done! :)

Note : This worked for me, if you have a system restore point created before or any other 3rd party software is doing this to your Normal mode of windows, try the following options

For system restore points(created before)
[System Restore Points Does NOT delete any personal files, Don't worry!]

Start task manager
File>New task
type"msconfig" without quotes
last tab Tools>last option System Resore > click on it, Click Launch
rest you know what to do ;)
[next>select a restore point>Restore!]

For Safe Mode
Ah....That's your homework ! ;)
But I'll tell you one thing:
If your desktop runs in safe mode, and not in Normal mode
I'm sure there's a problem with a 3rd party software that's doing this!
